Production Time

Orders generally take 1–2 weeks to produce before they are ready to ship. Custom orders may require additional preparation depending on the customization requested.

Production time begins after your order has been successfully placed and all necessary order details have been confirmed.

Shipping Time

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using a trusted international courier such as DHL or FedEx.

Estimated shipping time is approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on your destination and local delivery conditions.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available so you can follow your package.

VexoraWig is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your VexoraWig purchase. If there is a genuine quality issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to review the issue.

Custom Orders

Because custom wigs are made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

The only exception is if the wig has a verified quality issue or manufacturing defect.

All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns on Eligible Orders

For orders that are eligible for a return, please contact us before sending the item back.

If your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, a $35 USD fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers return shipping and restocking costs.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Returned items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, washed, cut, colored, styled, altered, or otherwise used.

Quality Issues

If you believe your wig has a quality issue or manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

If the issue is confirmed to be a quality or manufacturing defect, we will work with you on a suitable resolution.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer support team before sending any item back.

Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the next steps if your order qualifies for a return.

Please do not send a return without receiving approval from our team first.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable $35 USD return shipping and restocking fee.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
